Can’t pick up a card? We can mail one to you. Call 785-5814, leave your name and mailing address and a card will be mailed to you.

How often can you use your card? You & your family may use your prescription discount card any time your prescription is not covered by insurance. There are no restrictions or limits on how many times you may use your card.

Most major retail pharmacy chains such as Walgreens, Shopko, Target & Wal-Mart accept your prescription discount card.
