Our local and regional effort is to strengthen emergency response in the following
situations: Bioterrorism, Infectious Disease Outbreaks, Public Health Threats
and Public Health Emergencies

The Communicable Disease Coalition meets quarterly to discuss issues and events that are of
interest regionally.  The Coalition includes infection control practitioners, school nurses, tribal
health representatives and health department personnel.
